Texts, emails, facebook, facebook messenger, linkendin, twitter, blogs, instagram and more. Ahhhhhhh, just writing that tenses my neck! There’s so much to keep up with it seems and slowing down can feel like an impossibility when there’s a strong pull to do do do. Can we slow down without having to stop what we are doing or go anywhere? YES! Simply, bring awareness to your breath. When we hone in on the sensation of feeling our breath come in, and go out, we begin to settle into more of a fluid water-like relaxed place. Bruce Lee said, “be like water”. Connect into your breath, even if for a few moments, and begin to remember what its like to flow freely like water in both body and mind.
